All bookings via our website are subject to these terms and conditions and our code of conduct for players and spectators.
Contract
Our acceptance of your booking will occur when your payment is processed. At this point, a contract is formed between you and The Football Hub. If you are unsure whether your transaction has been completed at any point in the reservation process, you should contact the venue to check that the transaction has been completed and obtain your booking reference number.
Price
The price of each booking will be quoted on our site when your booking is processed. All prices advertised include a booking fee. We shall not be liable for any technical mistake resulting in the display of an incorrect price.
Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel your booking and any future bookings with us if we are refused payment authority.
Payment
Via simplybook.me, we use Stripe, a third-party payment specialist compliant with payment card industry data security standards (PCI DSS). The Football Hub will not store your card details without your permission. Once you have entered your card number into a payment page securely hosted by Stripe, all payment data is encrypted and sent to the banks for processing. Some card details can be stored for your convenience but cannot be accessed by The Football Hub and will require security checks to be reused.
Prepaid booking
If you have used a credit/debit card, full payment will be deducted from your card when you make your reservation via our site.
Cancellation
We may cancel or amend your booking at any time, in which case we will refund your booking payment. However, we will not be liable for additional costs, expenses, or losses arising from such amendment or cancellation.
Liability
The Football Hub cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property. All players play at their own risk and are advised to take out personal injury insurance.
Facilitiy Use
Our facilities can only be used for playing football unless a written agreement has been received from The Football Hub management.

Party Obligations
The Party Booker and guests are responsible for ensuring they arrive 10 minutes before the party commences at the date and time stated on the booking confirmation. This ensures sufficient time for registration and briefings.
Duration
Your booking confirmation will indicate the duration of the party. The party area must be vacated promptly when the party finishes, but guests are welcome to stay within the facility.
Food & Dietary Requirements
Food options are provided online at the time of booking. The Football Hub must be notified if any party guests have dietary requirements.
Extra food can be added to the party booking, but it must be ordered at the time of booking, and an additional fee will be charged. Please notify The Football Hub immediately if the party requires additional food after booking by sending an email to bookings@thefootballhub.co.uk
Decorations
Any decorations the Party Booker wishes to supply for the party are subject to the approval of The Football Hub Duty Manager at the time. Only adhesive putty (BluTac) is permitted to secure decorations.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that all parties booked with The Football Hub are non-refundable. Regardless of the circumstances, we cannot issue refunds once a party reservation is confirmed. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to double-check all details before finalising your booking.

Emergency exits are located in each corner of The Football Hub. In an emergency, please leave via the closest exit and congregate in the car park.
The Football Hub is strictly a no-smoking/vaping area.
Playing football is only permitted on the artificial surface in designated areas.
Please use all bins provided for any rubbish.
Ensure children are supervised at all times.
Various equipment is also located around the facility; do not touch or tamper with this equipment.
When entering a pitch, please use the gates provided; do not jump over the boards to enter the pitch under any circumstances.
When playing, please ensure the gates are closed.
Food and drink are not permitted in the playing areas.
No metal boots of any description are allowed; rubber or plastic moulded studs are recommended. If you are unsure of footwear, use trainers.
No dirty footwear is allowed in the playing areas; all footwear must be clean before entering the facility.
Do not swing on the goals.
Do not climb on the steel framework or netting around the playing areas.

When attending The Football Hub, we only accept players who follow our Code of Conduct and respect our philosophy within football.
The Football Hub are aligned with the FA’s Respect policies.
All players must adhere to the Player Code of Conduct outlined below.
This code of conduct benefits all players, customers, and employees of The Football Hub, making the experience as positive as possible.
Aggressive and/or violent behaviour towards other players or staff members will NOT be tolerated.
Foul and abusive language will NOT be tolerated on or off the pitches.
All players should behave responsibly and respectfully whilst using any of the facilities within the venue.
The Football Hub is NO SMOKING venue, including the use of vapes. Anyone found smoking will be suspended from using the facilities.
Abuse of the facilities will NOT be tolerated. Any abuse of the facilities will result in that player being suspended from The Football Hub.
Players and customers are expected to dispose of their litter (drinks, bottles, etc.) responsibly. Please consider the booking after yours and leave the pitches as you would expect to find them.
When parking vehicles, please consider our neighbouring businesses. Please use designated parking areas at the front, rear, and left-hand side of the building.
All spectators must adhere to the Spectator Code of Conduct outlined below.
We are responsible for setting a good example and helping provide a positive environment where individuals can learn and enjoy the game.
Remember that football is played for fun and development.
Celebrate effort and good play from all participants.
Always respect the referee and coaches’ decisions and encourage players to do the same.
Remain within the designated spectator’s area.
